Winchester — Eight minutes into the game, Millbrook High School’s Benny Buono brought his hands together in frustration when his attempt at a bicycle kick goal went off the post.

As beautiful as it would have been to see that shot wind up in the back of net, the sight of the senior spreading his hands with joy after his three opportunistic and gritty goals were far more pleasing to the Pioneers.
