GIRLS’ SOCCER - Colonels 4, Pioneers 1

WINCHESTER — James Wood picked up its third straight victory by knocking off Millbrook in Conference 21 West and Northwestern District action on Thursday at Millbrook.

The Colonels (4-5-1, 3-1 district, 1-2 conference) led 3-0 at halftime.

James Wood was led by Katie Padgett (two goals, one assist), Kaylah Gankiewicz (two goals), Kate High (two assists), Lauren Russell (one assist) and Claire Beccaccio (five saves).

Millbrook (2-10, 1-3 district, 1-2 conference) received a goal from Ashleigh Nail, an assist from Hilary Share and five saves from Indigo Kupka.
