STRASBURG — Makayla Firebaugh scored 36 points — including 25 in the first half — to lead James Wood to a victory over Strasburg on Thursday.
Firebaugh added seven steals and two assists for the Colonels (7-1).
James Wood — which outscored Strasburg 21-9 in the first quarter and 39-16 in the first half — was also led by Amber Wooldridge (21 points, six assists), Jenny Kerns (seven steals, four assists).
